At 19
I planted a tree
Watered it and added mulch
I fenced it from grazers
Pruned the sick leaves and gave it a name
At 19
I marked the birth of my ambitions
And kissed my ceremonial tree
I had made a nonstop friendship with my passion

Simple poem. I love it a lot. A tree by itself is a poem.
